ত্বককে উজ্জ্বল ও আকর্ষণীয় করার জন্য আমরা কত কিছুই না ব্যবহার করে থাকি। নানারকম ক্রিম, তেল, সাবান, ফেসওয়াশ, পাউডার ইত্যাদি পাওয়া যায় শুধুমাত্র ত্বকের রঙ ফর্সা করার জন্য।
ফর্সা হওয়া, কালো দাগ ও ব্রণ দূর করা কোনোকিছুই যেন আজকাল আর অসম্ভব নয়।অথচ ত্বকে মূল বিষয়টিই আমরা ভুলে যাচ্ছি।ত্বকের মূল সৌন্দর্য সেটাই যা আসে ভেতর থেকে।নানান ধরণের ক্রিম,লোশন, সাবান ব্যবহার করে নয়।৫ দিন কিছু নিয়ম মেনে আপনি ও পেতে পারেন স্বাস্থ্যজ্জল সুন্দর ত্বক।রবিবার থেকে শুরু করুন বৃষ্পতিবার মধ্যে পেয়ে যান সুন্দর উজ্জ্বল ত্বক।
রবিবার: দৈনিক চার গ্লাস লেবু পানি পান করুন।এটি আপনার শরীরের বিষাক্ত টক্সিক দূর করে থাকে। এরপর এক্সফলিয়েট করতে হবে।২ মিনিট মুখ,ও ঘাড় স্ক্রাব করুন।ভালো কোনো কোম্পানির স্ক্রাব ব্যবহার করতে পারেন অথবা নিজেই তৈরি করে নিতে পারেন স্ক্রাব।তবে স্ক্রাব খুব বেশী সময় ধরে করবেন না।তারপর ভাল কোন ময়েশ্চারাইজার লাগান।
সোমবার: সোমবার মুখে স্টিম নিন।৫ মিনিট স্টিম করার পর আস্তে আস্তে ম্যাসাজ করে ত্বকের ভিতর থেকে ময়লা পরিষ্কার করে ফেলুন।রাতে ঘুমাতে যাওয়ার আগে খাঁটি নারকেল তেল দিয়ে ম্যাসাজ করে নিন।
মঙ্গলবার: সকালবেলা ফেসওয়াস বা কোন হালকা সাবান দিয়ে মুখ ভাল করে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।বাইরে বের হওয়ার সময় সানস্ক্রীন ব্যবহার করুন।রাতে কাচাঁ দুধ মুখে লাগিয়ে ঘুমাতে যান।সকালে ভালভাবে মুখ ধুয়ে ফেলুন।
বুধবার: বুধবার দিন ই আপনি আপানার ত্বকের উজ্জ্বলতা দেখতে পাবেন।প্রথমে সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠে মুখ ধুয়ে সানস্ক্রীন লাগিয়ে বাসা থেকে বের হন।দুপুরে এবং সন্ধ্যায় কাচাঁ দুধ দিয়ে মুখ ধুয়ে ফেলুন। সবশেষে ডিমের সাদা অংশ মুখে দিয়ে রাতে ঘুমাতে যান।
বৃহষ্পতিবার: সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠে খুব ভাল করে মুখ ধুয়ে ফেলুন।এরপর আবার ডিমের সাদা অংশ মুখে লাগান।২০ মিনিট পর ধুয়ে ফেলুন।ভাল করে মুখ ধুয়ে কোন মশ্চারাইজার লাগান।সন্ধ্যায় ডিমের সাদা অংশ আবার লাগান।১০ মিনিট পর মুখ ধুয়ে ফেলুন।এখন দেখুন আপানর ত্বক হয়ে উঠছে আগের চেয়েও বেশী সুন্দর ও উজ্জ্বল।ডিম আর দুধে রয়েছে প্রোটিনের সবগুলো উপাদান যা আপানর ত্বককে ভিতর থেকে করে সুন্দর ও উজ্জ্বল।
