ভারতে ফের গণধর্ষণের শিকার হয়েছেন এক কিশোরী। দেশটির উত্তরপ্রদেশ রাজ্যের কৌশম্বী জেলায় ১৬ বছর বয়সী এক কিশোরীকে গণধর্ষণ করার অভিযোগ উঠেছে। এ ঘটনায় জড়িত থাকার অভিযোগ উঠেছে ৩ ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে। অভিযোগ, গণধর্ষণ করেই ক্ষান্ত থাকেনি ধর্ষকরা। পুরো ঘটনাটি একটি মোবাইলে ভিডিও রেকর্ড করে ছড়িয়ে দিয়েছে তারা। স্থানীয় গ্রামবাসীরা অভিযুক্তদের মধ্য একজনকে ধানক্ষেতের মধ্যেই হাতেনাতে ধরে ফেলে। তবে বাকি দু’জন পালাতে সক্ষম হয়। মূল অভিযুক্তকে ধরে ফেলার পর তাঁকে এমন গণধোলাই দেয় গ্রামবাসীরা যে তাঁর মৃতপ্রায় অবস্থা।
পুলিশ জানিয়েছে, লখনউ থেকে ১৯০ কিলোমিটার দূরে ওই ঘটনা ঘটেছে।
ভিডিওতে এক অভিযুক্তকে গণধোলাইয়ের পর বিধ্বস্ত অবস্থায় দেখা গেছে। ২০ বছর বয়সী মোহাম্মদ নাজিমকে গণরোষের হাত থেকে বাঁচার জন্যে আপ্রাণ চেষ্টা করতে দেখা গেছে। কিন্তু তাতেও রেহাই মেলেনি ওই যুবকের। উত্তেজিত জনতা গণধর্ষণে অভিযুক্ত ওই যুবককে হাতের নাগালের মধ্যে পেলেও পালিয়ে গেছে আরও ২ অভিযুক্ত। নাজিমকে পুলিশ গ্রেপ্তার করেছে। অন্য দুই অভিযুক্ত মোহাম্মদ চটকা ও বাদকার নামে দুই ব্যক্তির সন্ধান চালানো হচ্ছে।
ওই কিশোরী কৌশম্বী জেলার বাসিন্দা। তিনি পুলিশকে জানান, পাশের গ্রামে পশুপালনের জন্য ঘাসপাতা সংগ্রহ করতে গেলে তার ওপর চড়াও হয় ৩ ব্যক্তি । ওই তিন জন তাকে একটি নির্জন স্থানে টেনে নিয়ে গিয়ে ধর্ষণ করে।
কিশোরী বলেছেন, আমি একটি বাগানের মধ্যে ঢুকেছিলাম। সে সময়েই তারা আমাকে পেছন থেকে আক্রমণ করে এবং আমাকে জাপটে ধরে। তারা আমার সঙ্গে অত্যন্ত খারাপ কাজ করে। প্রথমে আমি পালাতে চেষ্টাও করি কিন্তু আমি মাঠের মধ্যেই পড়ে গিয়েছিলাম।
পাশের ঘরে সন্তানদের আটকে রেখে আত্মীয়রা মিলে ধর্ষণ করল মা’কে
এদিকে, ঘটনার পর যখন ওই কিশোরী পুলিশে অভিযোগ দায়ের করতে যায় তখন প্রথমে পুলিশ কর্মীরা তাঁর কথায় কোনও গুরুত্বই দেয়নি। থানার মধ্যে পুলিশ কিশোরী এবং তাঁর পরিবারের সঙ্গে দুর্ব্যবহার করে।
পুলিশ কর্মকর্তা সুজিত পান্ডে জানান, পুলিশে পাঁচটি দল পলাতক দুই অভিযুক্তের সন্ধান করছে। অভিযুক্তদের মধ্যে একজনকে আটক করা হয়েছে।
